Conference on commercial kitchens & modern company catering in Munich

How can we take the pressure off kitchen and service teams despite the shortage of skilled workers?
This question was the focus of the specialist conference “Construction and operation of commercial kitchens and modern company catering” on May 19 and 20, 2026 in Munich.

Our Managing Director was on site on both days and was able to hold many interesting discussions with industry representatives, planners and decision-makers. The main focus was on efficient processes, automation and the question of how kitchens can be organized in a more economical, hygienic and team-friendly way on a day-to-day basis.

Many thanks to the Management Forum Starnberg and all participants for the valuable input, the open exchange and the interesting insights into current challenges and solutions in the industry.

It became clear to us once again that the future of successful kitchens does not lie in extra work, but in intelligent processes and practical relief in daily operations – the easy way.
