1. Insert
The unsorted cutlery items are either inserted manually or taken directly from the conveyor of the dishwasher’s cutlery lane.
2. Automatic sorting
With the help of a specially developed camera system, the cutlery is identified by shape and size and is sorted into different baskets according to the direction of the handle.
3. Change basket
Once the pre-set filling capacity has been reached the replace basket light comes on and the basket is replaced manually.

Manual feeding
The washed cutlery is placed directly from dishwasher baskets into the separation unit. From there, it is automatically dried, polished, and portioned without further personnel involvement before entering the sorting unit.
Automatical feeding
The washed cutlery is taken directly from the cutlery track of the dishwashing system (connection conveyor belts available upon request). It is then automatically dried, polished, and portioned without further personnel involvement before entering the sorting unit.
