Every four years, the employees of Max Dörr GmbH elect their works council – and interest in the 2026 election was once again high. A total of ten colleagues volunteered to stand for election, sending a strong signal of commitment, responsibility and cohesion within the company. Five members were elected to represent the interests of the workforce in future.
The high voter turnout of almost 83% is particularly pleasing. It shows how important co-determination, exchange and cooperation are at Max Dörr.
Even though the employees of Thomas Dörr GmbH & Co KG were not entitled to vote, many colleagues work closely with Max Dörr GmbH and also benefit from the work and representation of the works council.
