Working together to further develop sales processes and products

How well do our sales processes really work? Where does cooperation with other departments and interfaces work well and where is there still room for improvement? These questions were the focus of our second sales workshop.
The sales team spent an entire day intensively examining their own practices:

with honest insights into day-to-day sales activities,
open exchange on challenges and interfaces,
direct feedback from the field
and the clear goal of further developing processes and products in a targeted manner.

Close cooperation with Max Dörr Förderanlagen as a production partner shows just how crucial coordinated processes are. Sales, product and production are directly interlinked. This makes it all the more important to understand together what the market needs and how we can make our solutions even more tailored.

The workshop was intensive, the agenda ambitious and at the end it was clear that there is a great need for exchange and that this is actively accepted by all participants. Not all topics could be concluded, but many were initiated and are now taking shape.

One thing is clear to us: cross-departmental, personal exchanges will remain an integral part of our further development work – at least twice a year.
Thanks to everyone involved for their openness, commitment and shared view of the future.
