After a successful start last year, our English course has now entered the next round with even more practical relevance and motivation. After a longer break, we have resumed the course with a new teacher and have already completed six intensive units together.
Our conclusion: it really helps us a lot. Above all, the regular speaking makes the difference: practical, lively and directly related to our everyday work. Some colleagues even go one step further and integrate an additional fixed “English day” into their week in order to specifically reinforce technical terms from their departments.
The enthusiasm is great: that’s why we are extending the course until shortly before the summer vacations. And even after that it’s clear: we’ll continue after a short break! According to our teacher, we are well on the way to being really fit by the end of the year.
