Successful start: Our first internal sales workshop

Our first sales workshop took place on October 6. The aim was to optimize internal processes and strengthen the exchange and cooperation between Sales and other departments.

Challenges and interfaces were analyzed together in short, structured sessions. The open dialog showed: The need for regular exchange is great and brings tangible added value.

After internal topics such as trade fair planning and sales development, one thing is certain: the format will be continued. The next workshop is planned for March/April 2026.

The to-dos were noted in the minutes and each department is responsible for taking care of them themselves.
