Our journey towards 2026 begins now.

From 26 to 28 November, we worked intensively on our annual target planning in Friedrichshafen. This was not just about figures, but about clear prospects for the future.

What did we do?
All of our employees’ goals, which had been submitted in advance, were carefully reviewed and discussed individually. Using the ZEM method, we set priorities and defined measurable results.

Why all this effort?
Because we are convinced that only together can we achieve our goals. And that is precisely what makes us strong, as a team and as a company.
