Before our apprentices return to vocational school, we organize an annual group outing for them. The goal is to strengthen team spirit, encourage interaction among apprentices from different years, and help our new apprentices settle into the team.
This year, our outing took us to Adventure Golf in Kürnbach. On 18 varied holes, the trainees and instructors competed against each other in two teams, demonstrating not only their accuracy but, above all, their team spirit. With perfect weather, delicious food, and ice cream to top it off, there was plenty of time for conversation and shared laughter.
Congratulations to the winners from both teams!
The day demonstrated once again how important shared experiences are for a positive work environment. With many wonderful memories and a stronger sense of team spirit, our trainees are now starting the new training year with renewed motivation.
