Cutlery sorting machineTAKE YOUR CUTLERY PROCESS TO THE NEXT LEVEL OF AUTOMATION

Our new cutlery sorting machine will take your dishwashing area to the next level of automation.
The machine automatically sorts approx. 3,000 pieces of cutlery per hour (knives, forks, tablespoons and teaspoons) into containers according to the alignment of the handles. We have already preprogrammed the most common types of cutlery; these no longer require additional adjustments. If your cutlery is a little more unique, we can easily reprogram the cutlery sorting machine to fit your individual needs.

Depending on specifications, a cutlery polishing machine can be connected upstream of the sorting machine; the sorting machine can also be connected directly to the dishwasher’s separate cutlery track. In addition, the cutlery sorting machine is movable and has been equipped with a sound-absorbing cover.

Let’s take the next step in automation together and find the best solution for your dishwashing area.

VARIANTS

CUTLERY FEED VIA AN INTEGRATED CUTLERY POLISHING MACHINE
The washed cutlery is taken straight out of the dishwasher’s baskets while still wet and put on the chute (Fill&Go), from where it is fed into the cutlery polishing machine without any further aid from personnel and in appropriate amounts. The cutlery polishing machine automatically feeds the dried and polished pieces of cutlery to the separating belts in the cutlery sorting machine (CSM). The CSM recognizes, counts and sorts the various pieces of cutlery into cutlery containers according to the alignment* of the handles, regardless of whether they are magnetic or not.

CUTLERY FEED VIA CONVEYOR TECHNOLOGY WITH OPTIONAL CONNECTION TO DISHWASHING SYSTEM
The washed and dried cutlery is fed directly from the cutlery track or the dishwasher’s baskets to a feed conveyor. The feed conveyor automatically feeds the unsorted pieces of cutlery to the separating belts in the cutlery sorting machine (CSM). The CSM recognizes, counts and sorts the various pieces of cutlery into cutlery containers according to the alignment* of the handles, regardless of whether they are magnetic or not.

IT’S THIS EASY TO USE THE CUTLERY SORTING MACHINE

1
The unsorted pieces of cutlery are either fed in manually or taken directly from the cutlery lane of the washing technology.
2
A camera system developed specifically for this purpose recognizes the pieces of cutlery by size and shape; they are then sorted into the containers according to the direction of the handles.
3
A lamp signals that the predefined filling capacity has been achieved. The containers are then changed by hand.
