After-sales service

Servicing contract

When you conclude a servicing contract, you assure regular servicing and maintenance activity. Early detection of wear means that expensive repairs are prevented and increases the life of your machine(s). Servicing is carried out by trained personnel, thus keeping downtimes to a minimum. We also offer loan units for the duration of the servicing/repairs.

Spare parts

We guarantee that spare parts will be available in the long term and can be distributed quickly to the necessary service partners.

Upon request, we will provide you with a spare and wear parts recommendation containing all of the required parts that should be available on the customer’s premises in order to remedy smaller disruptions quickly and easily.
