The PALAZZO dinner show combines artistry, entertainment and culinary delights at the highest standards. Our kitchen systems have been an integral part of this unique success story since 2004. From Berlin to Vienna as well as in Mannheim, our kitchen systems have been playing an important role in this unique experience since 2004.

With fabulous teamwork together with our serving conveyors it is made possible to conjure 500 gourmet creations to the guests’ tables within 20 minutes. The conveyors allow for a perfectly timed arrangement of the dishes on the passing plates. 

Further highlights are met with our glass and cutlery polishing machines which we provide on loan - including logistics, filling with granules and staff training. For the elaborate 4-course menus, thousands of pieces of cutlery and glasses have to be polished to a high gloss every day at each location. Our machines do this highly effectively and gently in the shortest possible time.

The Serving conveyor – Arrange perfectly faster
With the help of our serving conveyors , food can be arranged on the passing plates much faster and while keeping stress to a minimum. This means that food can be served in the shortest possible time. The speed can be continuously adjusted with the push of a button. Integrated 230 V power outlets allow the use of kitchen aids, such as hand-held blenders. If something falls next to the plates, it automatically scraped off at the end of the belt and caught in a tray. 

The Cutlery polishing machines – 100 % gloss, 0 % handmade
The compact cutlery polishing machines dry and polish between 2,000 and 8,000 pieces of cutlery per hour, depending on the model. The automated process ensures flawless surfaces and a lasting shine - whether chrome, stainless steel or silver. The cutlery is simply inserted into the machine in a washed and wet state and then passes through a high-quality and 100% natural granulate via a spiral ascent. Granules are changed every 4 to 8 weeks. For maximum hygiene, cutlery and granules are sterilized by a special UVC lamp.

The Glass polishing machines – Crystal clear cost saving

Depending on the model, between 500 and 1,000 glasses per hour can be gently dried and polished to a high gloss with the glass polishing machines. The machines are suitable for all types of glass, right down to the finest hand-blown glasses. The rinsed, still wet glasses are simply passed over the polishing brushes in a gentle up-and-down circular motion. The built-in heater prevents the brushes from becoming too wet and leaving streaks. The durable polishing brushes can be cleaned by hand or in the washing machine.
