Experience the first demonstration of our latest development! We present you the prototype of our cutlery sorting machine.

Time-consuming sorting of large quantities of cutlery, e.g. at major events, trade fairs, crockery rental companies, hospitals and caterers will be a thing of the past.

Our new cutlery sorting machine made of stainless steel sorts around 3,500 pieces of cutlery per hour. Knives, forks, large spoons and small spoons are sorted automatically. The most common types of cutlery are already preprogrammed by us and do not require any additional settings. Different language settings are also possible at the factory. The sorted items of cutlery automatically fall into the standard GN containers (4 plastic GN containers are already included in the scope of delivery).

If necessary, a TD 8000 cutlery polishing machine can be used upstream. The cutlery is then sterilized, dried and polished before sorting and then automatically fed to the cutlery sorting system. The system can be moved and is equipped with a sound-absorbing cover.

Equipping with cutlery from a conveyor dishwasher with its own cutlery track is also possible
